Shipping Rates and Policies
Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt. UPS does not consider Saturday, Sunday or holidays as business days. Please note: there is a $5.00 handling charge per order in addition to UPS shipping charges. There is no need to pay for express service for many east coast states, as they are 2-3 day regular service from our warehouse. Once your order ships, you will receive notification via email along with the UPS tracking number. Notifications are sent out at the end of each shipping day. Please note that our office and warehouse are open Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Prior authorization is required for all returns, please e-mail us at: info@Allhappykids.com. Damaged or missing pieces will be rectified with either replacement parts or item at no charge.
